Genral informations

If you have hosting at Ifnormatik, you have the option to set up e-mail addresses.

If you have already set up addresses, you can configure your e-mail client so that it can retrieve the e-mails that are sent to the addresses.

Webmail

If you do not have a client, there is the possibility to call the emails via the webmail.
The address of your webmail depends on your domain and always follows the following scheme:
https://webmail.<your domain>.<your domain extension>

Please note that <your domain name> and <your domain extension> must be adjusted.
For example: https://webmail.example.com

Mailserver settings for the mail client

Unfortunately there are too many e-mail clients on the market, so unfortunately we can not write instructions for each client on how to set them up.

What we can do in contrast is to give you the setup data.

If you have problems with the setup, you can still reach us by ticket. We're here to help.
You can open a ticket at https://support.ifnormatik.com or by e-mail at support@ifnormatik.com.
